Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy on all orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be activated or paired to any vehicle, and in the same condition as you received it, including any original packaging.
If you have ordered an item by mistake i.e. wrong model, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for incorrectly ordered items. We will only cover the shipping costs if an item is defective, damaged or you received the incorrect item.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@oem-navigation.com, You’ll also need to include the order number or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and return the original item for a refund. Alternatively you can wait until we’ve received and inspected your return, we will then process and dispatch the replacement within 2 working days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund too. If more than 10 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
