Free Royal Mail Tracked 48® Delivery on all UK orders. (Dispatch is normally within 24 hours of receiving your order, but sometimes this can take up to 48 hours, excluding weekends.)

Deliveries will be made within 2-4 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available with your tracking number which is emailed to you.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot process or deliver on a bank holiday or Sunday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

 

Republic of Ireland

Order Status
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic SMS or email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Terms of Postage
In the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, OEM Navigation will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.

Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed after the expected delivery date, your claim may therefore take up to 4 weeks to be processed.

All orders will be dispatched on the next working day. You will not be eligible for a refund on the postage if you misread the wording on our shipping policy and your order was placed and dispatched on the next working day using the service paid for.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (If applicable)
We have a 30 day return policy on all orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be activated or paired to any vehicle, and in the same condition as you received it, including any original packaging.

If you have ordered an item by mistake i.e. wrong model, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for incorrectly ordered items. We will only cover the shipping costs if an item is defective, damaged or you received the incorrect item.
